This course will begin (fittingly) by explaining ‘Where To Start’ including methods for beginning & finding recipes. Everything, whether it’s stated or not, is based on the tool I created and coined called Transition Nutrition. The course will continue with the ‘Biggest Stumbling Block’ I’ve seen (and any you encounter) along the way as well as solutions. The course will wrap-up, but not your journey as you ‘Continue The Adventure’ and continue to reap the benefits!
A private Facebook group will exist for all present and past students to ask questions, share concerns, and keep learning as much as they choose.
Remember, the point of this course is to allow you to enjoy the benefits of plant-based eating while it NOT taking time away from the skills/talents/passions/hobbies/responsibilities/family you have - aka life!!
